Gearing up for our next race!

Students, Terrific job on three weekends in a row of hills (Inspiration Point), hills (Lafayette-Moraga trail), and more hills (Stream and West Ridge trails in Redwood Park)! If all this hill running has left you injured or unusually sore, please make sure to check in with your captain. We'll also have a stretching and injury prevention clinic at this weekend's run.

Volunteers, As you know, we'll be racing in the Presidio 10 on Sunday, March 29. Special thanks to The Guardsmen. They are a service organization of Bay Area professional men devoting efforts to providing youth an opportunity to participate in camping, educational and other culturally enriching opportunities that they otherwise would not be afforded. The Guardsmen are sponsors of the Presidio 10 and have generously donated race registrations for volunteers and students. We'd like to support their efforts by providing volunteer support for the race. See your weekly SRO email for exact times and locations that support is needed, and contact Volunteer Coordinator Christine Chapon with any questions. On race day, we'll be meeting at 7:15am. Parking is available in the Presidio fairgrounds parking lot. SRO's exact meeting location TBD.
