Holiday Training Plans

Congratulations to everyone on a great start to the Holidays at Sunday's Christmas Relays at Lake Merced! Students ran in relay teams of two. It was raining, but that didn't seem to slow anyone down : )

Upcoming weekend runs will be on Saturday, Dec. 20th in Alameda and Sunday, Dec 28th at Lake Merritt for the LMJS 4th Sunday race. The LMJS run meets at the Sailboat House (568 Bellevue). Check the Calendar page for details.

Students, we look forward to seeing you at the weekend runs. We'll also have weekday workouts during the break, on Monday and Tuesday each week (22nd, 23rd, 29th, 30th). Check with your School Captains or check the Calendar page for information on the workouts.

Volunteers, we'll be having a volunteer meeting in the first half of January to plan out the remainder of the season. Date and time TBD. In the mean time, please RSVP for the January runs: check the Calendar page and use the sign up form to let us know if you can attend each run or not.
